I wanted to post a link in the comment section of a sound that I used but it was repeatedly rejected as spam.
I have done this in the past to give give credit to the sound creators and to let them know how their sounds are being used. It has only recently with this sound / comment been rejected as spam.
the particular sound in question is:
http://www.freesound.org/people/KatHakaku/sounds/37281/#
and also unable to post a link to my entry for Dare 14 in the forum post.... same result. Though I was able to put a link in the post just above this one with no problem.
I had that problem on the forums as well. To me, it seems that it might have to do with having more than two links in the post.

I thought that might be the case, also... but I tried only posting one link and it was still rejected.
and (go figure) I was able to post in this forum with two links:

It might have to do with the text-to-link ratio perhaps. Posting only the links below would get my post rejected for example. Posting the same link with this text in front of it makes it pass the spam sensors.
http://example.com
http://example.com
http://example.com
http://example.com
http://example.com
http://example.com
http://example.com

Nope. That didn't help. Still rejected.

Maybe once your use of multiple links has branded you a spammer, a flag is set which stops you from adding even a single link. Maybe clearing your Freesound cookies in your browser will get rid of the spammer flag, (you'll have to login again).
Thanks for the suggestion, Timbre. I cleared my browser . but the problem persists.
