I've uploaded a file. It's been approved and shows as a personal upload. Problems: Does not Preview, Play or show waveform image. Downloads to and play fine on my computer. Therefore, obviously the 18.67 KB file is downloadable. What can the issue and can it be resolved on my end? Should I re-submit this file?
