1 year, 10 months agoCan I use SFX commercially if I add an attribution???
Hello everyone, I was just wondering if the sounds on this site could be used commmercially if I add an attribution. I saw the liscence agreement thing when I created this account, and it said something about attribution and a bunch of other stuff, but does that go for all sounds? And one last question: When I download a sound, will there be a note saying wheter or not it could be used commercially with an attribution? If someone could get me a link explaining this, I would really appreciate it.

Currently* the same licence applies to all the Freesound samples, (you can of course ask the sample creator to waive the attribution or no advertising terms of the licence).[ * I believe contributors will be able to choose different licences in the forthcoming Freesound2 ]

Basically, attribution is required; commercial use is allowed, unless it's an advertisement.
