Commercial project ENTIRELY made of freesound samples

Assuming I did all the attribution stuff right, is there a problem if I make a commercial music cd or game soundtrack made ENTIRELY from samples I downloaded from freesound, like, no original recording whatsoever, and not all samples being altered?

I do believe that's allowed, but the music then may not be used for advertisements (except ads for the album itself).

what if i want to use a sound (spanish radio announcer playing over visual of a man inside his truck) in a TV commercial. i downloaded a sound the other day and when i went back to do due diligence for the credits / licensing, the sound was no longer there / avail on the site. i don't know who it was attributed to.....i'm at a bit of a loss as to what to do as i want to give credit / payment to who ever is due.

How to attribute is described here: http://www.freesound.org/help/faq/#licenses-1

If samples are set to non-commercial, it's NOT allowed to use them commercially obvious. All Samples not set to zero license, users have to be credited; also sample+ licensed samples!
As far as sample+ licensed samples concerned, look here: http://www.freesound.org/help/faq/#licenses-2

Why can it not be used in ads? Is there a clause which prohibits?
    Thanks!

How do you mean? If the ad is for a non profit orginisation or common wealth thing, there should be no problem. If the ad is for a commercial purpose, it's obvious that non-commercial licensed samples should not be used. That's why people choose that license type. If the there is made money with the ad, why not pay for sound fx or loop?

That was an old post, now it depends on the license. All files licensed as CC0 or CC Attribution are free to be used anywhere, the Attribution files only require attribution, give credit.
