What do I need to write or say?

Hi, you might take inspiration from regular contributors' works usually posted in the "Your work, made with Freesound(s)" section, like wutzl (e.g. http://www.freesound.org/forum/your-work-made-with-freesounds/16972/) or thatjeffcarter (e.g. http://www.freesound.org/forum/your-work-made-with-freesounds/16966/)

As the FAQ says here, video/movie: add the freesound credits to video credits, and if needed on the website where you host the file
