I would image (laymans understanding) that you would require permission from both the Event organisers, and the Musicians. Most commercial events specifically deny permission for recording. If you did make recordings for your own private enjoyment and didn't get caught, fair enough, but if you tried to post them here I reckon the moderators would have to take a very cautious approach about allowing them.
