@Headphaze - One of the admins could probably query whatever database is running the backend and then find the words by using a pattern match/so-called regular expression to detect the pattern of an entry. I don’t know if that’s always been the convention (#### — AAAA) on this Freesound tradition, though. Either way the generated CSV would probably need some human correction!

I'm interested in CSV with words, too. I will convert such list to audio book using voice synthesizer.
(Another counter correction).

Yes, that is similar to the method I was thinking. Seems like the way to go because this has been the format since the beginning.

Of course, if you guys manage to get the words out, and then have them spoken by a voice synthesizer, there would have to be a dare based around taking the words and re-organizing / cut / paste to create a story, poem or something.
In fact there have been, if I recall correctly, 2 attempts by human users at reading out the words.
I think Toiletrolltube posted the first 100 and klankbeld posted the first 1000.
So we could already have the "words dare"...
Maybe an idea for when the current dare is finished.

I dare someone to manually go through every post and log the words.
That was the plan unless backend can do something quicker.
And we could possibly also make a shared goole docs file so it can be updated in intervals (every hundred words or so).

Yeah, I've already probed qudobup's expertise, cannot help. So i'm just waiting for a reply from an admin to see if there's any quick thing that can be done to get some analytics.
My guess is that it'll have to be a manual jobby after all. And one that I do not volunteer to carry out.

No reason waiting then.

Anyone can feel free to edit, but I will see this through completion. Timestamps and data integrity (lowercaps and uppercaps and hyphenation) would have been nice, but then I'm just being OCD.

Impressive Specky.
Please note: the way this is going you could have a job for life!
Freesound has just completed 10 years... In 10 years from now this game could still be going... -> World Book of Records as the longest forum thread in history.

The GateWorld Cantina Thread (Part of the Stargate fan forum GateWorld) got to 679,862 posts. It got so big that the sheer mass was beginning to break the whole forum so it had to be closed, but it can still be found there.
At this rate it will take us around 364 years to beat the record
