What Programs and Applications do you use to make your loops, beats, and instrumentals?

I'm not a professional producer but I like to create loops with FL Studio 9 Producer and ZoozBeats (iPod Touch), then import them with pre-created drum sets to Looptastic Producer (iPod Touch). I can then export my created song as a wav file and then I'm finished with a CD quality .wav file. $10 but the app is worth it.

What are your methods?
