in your google account, there click your settings
then click "buzz" on the right. there you can change your preferences. if that doesn't work. just google it....

Spam indeed, but seriously, YouTube sucks when it comes to remembering user settings. I keep resetting language to UK English every few weeks when it thinks it's funny to change it to Dutch.
Actually, YouTube sucks a great deal, let's all go to Dailymotion.
