Hi all.
Should I create a txt or csv file containing the volume of a wav or mp3 depending on the time. The ideal is to have these two columns with time and volume level for every 0.1 seconds. Is there a program capable of doing this?

Maybe it would help if you described what the purpose is in more detail.

Given the question as it stands, I would suggest csv because of the flexibility that it allows for future analysis
