Kind of high pitched, loud, distorted, slap-ish snare like the one that Suicide Commando uses in Love Breeds Suicide and Hellraiser.
Hellraiser: chuck.bombmaking.info/Nat/11.mp3
Add the missing h t t p : / / part to it. Won't let me post with it.
Actually, it has more of a loud kind of sharp slap sound in the begining, but you got the rest of it right. I can probably get it to where I want from there myself. Thanks ^^. What prog you usin' to make that? Ya know...for future requests that I might have so I can make it myself and not bother other peoples. Oh, and yes. I do like it
Thanks. I use FL Studio for all of my sound editing needs. I'm going to redo the sound though, since it's not exactly as you wanted.
EDIT: Originally, I thought Suicide Commando used a Hand Clap sample for the snare in that song you posted, and because of that, I used that for my "hellmouth_snare.wav" sample (which I should rename "hellmouth_clap", obviously).
Like you said, that sample I posted doesn't sound like a snare, so this time I worked a lot harder trying to find the right sound. I found a dry snare sample in FL Studio that I used as a basis and I added three different Distortion effects and "beefed-upped" the bass on the EQ a lot. After that, I slowed down the drum sample by an entire octave and it came out really well...a heck of a lot better than the "hellmouth_snare.wav", IMO.
I'll post the link when this sample's up. I hope you like it.
...YAYZ!!!! I already used the "hellmouth_clap/snare" in my little remix of Angel With Scabbed Wings Oh, and after listening to the song again, REALLY LOUD, it's also more distorted But I'm sure your new one is pretty much the snare in the song xP
Oh, and you can hear it a bit better in Love Breeds Suicide:

I feel like a dick, but it's a little too distorted. I think the actual snare is a bit more white-noise-ish than uber-crunch-bar
Damn, I'm picky v_v
Because I don't have any progs for it...besides Audacity and I don't have any distortion plugins. And I'm not making anyone make the sound. Syna-max is doing it out of free will.
cool cool... no disrespect meant, but it seemed you were working ol' syna a tad bit hard needlessly. you obviously dig music, so why not become self-sufficient? emulating snares of the sort you speak of would be a perfect lesson for the future audio-ninja. as for the software... (if you really only have audacity and are actually sequencing with it, i want to hear all about your exploits) let me point out this thread http://freesound.iua.upf.edu/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1845 and suggest you illegally (or legally  )procure any version of fruity loops immediately.
Oh, I thought you were dissin' me lmao. Well, I only use Audacity to rip some drum sounds from songs and enhance my songs made with Garage Band, cuz it came free with the laptops from school *Digs free things* Maybe YOU have a distortion plug-in for me? :x *Made out of purely freeware*
um ... hmm.. i often just amplify a sound way to loud thereby clipping it and distorting it...then play it back in a sequence with it's volume turned low. i also use the following Free distortion VSTs: battery acid, dual trashers, glitch jocky, cyanide2, camelcrusher, and the overdrive/compression/distortion effects that come with the various programs i use.... i am not sure of exact links and i know nothing about garageband or its VST compatability... sometimes i just take noise, make it too loud and evelope it into a drum sound...mess with pitch and eq and stuff.... anyway... good luck
Freesound has them

Links have changed, but often the sound IDs have been preserved.
Searching them in the red "search sounds" box often leads to them:
