Strange signals, transmissions, radio sweeps,
automated voice transmissions, and static noise
itself in various flavors.

Yes, I know NASA Voyager Recordings, and CONET Project
recordings. I'm looking for something preferably under Creative Commons 0 License.

About your proposition of processing voice samples:
I alredy have and use few sound effects able to make
voice recordings sounding like radio transmissions, etc.
But it is easier for me and less time consuming to use existing
samples than to prepare my own.

I use VSTs: SpaceMan2, RadioJunk and few sound degraders.

Well, it is not the best effect I used, but it has some
impact on sounds it processes

SpaceMan2 gives more explicit results. I used also
RadioMoscow.

Maybe it is time to buy some old radio on flea market
and make a stock of samples from it...
