Okay have you ever seen an old black and white movie where, in a certain part, there's a take of newspapers spinning towards the screen, showing the headlines?
There's a conventional-kind-of tune that plays back at this moment. Anybody knows what I'm talking about? Like a string section playing a melody that climbs and drops in portamento. It plays as the newspaper covers are moving, sometimes on black background, sometimes with working presses shown behind.
Anyway I've tried searching freesound and if there's already something like that in here, I've not found it.
I hope someone can engineer this request
I'm sure it will become a valuable
When I try to recall that, I end up hearing music from the old BatMan TV series.
There is a spinning noise [not tune] http://www.freesound.org/people/Robinhood76/sounds/155393/

Timbre: that sounds cool but I wasn't referring to the "spinning" sound effect itself. Instead I'm looking forward a musicalized or orchestrated tune to use to illustrate quick movement.
I uploaded a quickly-done example of what comes to my mind, as best I could synthesize it with Analog Box in less than an hour of dinking around. Is this the kind of thing you have in mind, or if not, can you describe the difference? http://www.freesound.org/people/zimbot/sounds/178332 (you may have to wait for moderation).
Thanks for giving this a try, zimbot. The sound is still unavailable ("page not found") but I will get back here as soon as I see it loadable.
Its available now. http://www.freesound.org/people/zimbot/sounds/178332/
That is a nice approach at the idea, and I like particularly the first loops. The final note could be a little longer but it works.
I'm going to use your sound as it is right now. Thanks zimbot!
