That sound is rather easy to synthesize.
You can try with some triangular wave generators plus using a high-pass filter by setting a not-so-high cutoff frequency. I also noted that the sound has some amplitude modulation (which you can achieve with an LFO; a tremolo effect).
Finally, the sound is a high-pitched one with dynamic frequency. This can be achieved by playing the sound with a keyboard and playing with the pitch-bend wheel or by using an LFO again but with about 2 Hz of frequency connected to the pitch (for pitch modulation; with the LFO, the wave will go up and down, but you need the first part, i.e., when the pitch goes up... or if you can, try using a sawtooth wave as LFO, that should make an effect like going up and dropping almost instantaneously to the beginning).
