Hey guys!
I am looking for a sound effect like this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xJbb8hF7jhs (second 13)
Some kind of a "whistle" when you cross the finish line ranked first.
I could just rip it but I don't really want the exact same sound (due to copyright reasons) but a similar one.
If that's not too hard to accomplish, would someone do me a favour and create it for me? Or explain how to do effects like this one? I use Audacity.

In Audacity, under the "Generate" menu, there is an option to generate a "Chirp". If you start at the starting pitch of the Mario sound and end at the ending pitch, then set the chirp length to the length of the sound, you may get something similar that you could work with.
To find the pitches of the original sound, record a sample of it and take a look at the audio spectrum in Audacity.
