One pf the characters in the podcast I'm working in needs to remove his fake human head to reveal the alien one underneath. I'd like this to be messy and squelchy rather than electronic and robotic. I can't find anything here that quite fits the bill so would like either a pointer in the right direction, the sound itself or some suggestions on how I might create it.
Thanks!
MeltyMcFace's cabbage sound is quite good @ 1:40, (perfect but for the fact I can hear them breathing) ...

Thanks, those are both good and horrid sounding, but not quite what I'm after. I imagine it would be something being drawn out of something viscous and sloppy. They have given me some inspiration though, I obviously need to record myself next time I'm in the kitchen!
If you're seen in possession of a pair of marigolds you may have to wash the dishes Smile..cue-riposte:
Edit...No offence meant Timbre...just thought the freesound ladies might want a word here!
let's hope my wife doesn't catch me half way through though!
Yes been there when I first used a Minidisc recorder and a lavalier. I remember that mystified and slightly admonishing look when I was caught on a roof rigging the mic by a bird nest.
Edit How do you delete a "
" you don't want ?
