Funny bird sound from Age of Empires

Given the proprietary/copyright on the contents of the Age of Empires games I cannot take the sound from there (even if I still had the game).
I'm looking for sound similar to the "ahoahoa-ah"-sound (sound almost like a Native American rapidly shaking a hand in front of the mouth while shouting A/O) that you could sometimes hear from the forest when playing AoE.

Thanks. That's almost the sound, but the one I'm looking for is a little higher in pitch and more saturated in tone.

I appreciate the effort, but I don't think it is the kookaburra. However it could be useful nonetheless.

I finally found it, quite by accident: It's the common loon, and can be observed in this video on Youtube:

    grin

Now if there only were some clean samples on Freesound.org...
