I cant find these things...I need noises of a man having a nightmare, maybe sheet rustling bed spring squeeking soft moaning/talking etc. Also I surprisingly cant find a sound of a bomb that could convince people it was nuclear. Lastly I need energetic military barking...id prefer it to be in russian ill settle for english if I must but not german. Any help is appriciated!

If you search for "explosion" or something similar, you will find some more bomb-like sounds.
