the sound is usually heard in house music.. it sounds like sand maybe or even a wave... not even sometimes.. maybe like high pressured air.
its makes the drop of the song more intense.. or used as a build up..
there a many different variations of it. the sound can be intense and constant.. or wobbly and builds up itself.
please if anyone can lead me to these samples its much appreciated.

I think what he is thinking of is the reversed symbol sound........ You get a symbol, put a lot of reverb on it, then save it and reverse it.... so it builds up instead of fades out...
You can actually use any sound, but in house music its usually a symbol.
I'm not house music aficionado, but I think "anyANYANY" is referring to a moving bandpass filter (e.g. "wah-wah" effect ) applied to white noise, e.g. ...
