....I felt affected right away. I was sitting
in a wingback chair and my left arm fell from
the top of the chair. I felt a tremendous sense
of calm come over me. Of course an MD, who I
go to for hemisphere problems, he'd probably warn against listening to these kind of sounds.
Go figure that one out. I'm 49. I want to
tank trip and you are sharing this, so.
VERY short doses for me. I do see it is like
you say, to just relax and listen to the sample.
I could lose all muscle tone if I listened
to it long. A different experience from music.
I am easing into the sample and I'd like it
for personal use. It's powerful stuff.
