I wanted to record some sounds for Dare-12 but was travelling abroad. I did not have with me most of the items/objects I would normally touch on a daily basis.

This is the sound of me tying and untying my shoelaces. These are leather shoes and the shoelaces are actually thin strips of leather.

Recorded with a Zoom H1, built in mics. Recorder was placed on a carpeted the floor 10cm away from the shoe.
