Wok lid on top of hob.
Hobs have a metal structure on top of it where the pots and pans stand (don't know the name of it)
Hitting the hob lid made it vibrate in conjunction with this metallic structure producing strange counds.

Strong hit on the lid edge with a plastic utensil.
