Hitting an expensive wine glass with a stainless steel fish slice! It was an expensive Habitat crystal glass which had had the base broken off, so I wanted to get the best value out of it before throwing it away. Recorded on Edirol R1

Thanks for your comments folks. I'm glad my glass has been recycled as sound. I've just made some new ones sampled at high speed and some slomo and reversed ones too. All available at http://creativemedia.org.uk/windchimes-samples/index.php . Look for smash1, smash2 and 3
