This is the same recording as thunderstorm(1) applied with some compression which sounds more impressive in my opinion. I seems to by that most speakers cannot handle such dynamics without compression.Pls also look for the uncompressed version - thunderstorm.flac
Recorded with: RME Multiface + RME Quadmic + 2 MBHO MBNM 410 omni microphones. Distance to each other about 50cm.

  this is the real bang, this reminds me of thunderstorms from the East Coast when I was a kid. Living on the West Coast now they seem to think that a thunderstorm is big and loud, but they just don't know what it's like to have a thunderstorm from Baltimore on a hot summer night. You rock!!!!
