High-speed ink jet printer printing addresses on advertising postcards. Moving the cards 2200 postcards per minute makes a tapping or slapping sound that varies depending on how close the mic is positioned to the cards. Several loud pops are heard as the printer operator bangs a stack of cards on the machine before loading them into a feed stack. The recording was made with a dpa 4060 mic into an Oade mod Fostex FR2-LE. Post processing in Adobe Audition 2.0.
