The sound of the temple bell at Kongourin-ji temple in Shiga, Japan. I use this as my computer's start-up and shut-down noise....

    I agree with mambo2. I too like this bell a lot. And unlike haiiro99 I would like to hear it in its full extent. It has the resonance of the tibetan bowls and some of them can sound for 4 minutes or more.
    That being said, thank you for taking the trouble to record and post this.
