Sounds I am so familiar with - but they have changed the beeps and voice that signal opening or closing doors. I preferred this gentle sounding voice but apparently it wasn't effective in getting people out of the way.

This field recording does strongly remind me of the days when I would commute on the Red Line train into downtown DC. Even the sounds of the motors instantly gives me flashbacks. Very good recording overall.
