INCREDIBLE! I had a telemarketer, asked difficult questions, got the callcenter manager. When he finished, the caller was gone and someone else came on the line. Thing is, she didn't realize the line was still open, and she began goofing around. At one point she stated that "it doesn't feel good when you have your period". I all but shat in my pants!
