    ok, so unless I'm incorrect- I can use this sound byte for non-commercial use. I.E. A school project where there is no monetary gain? I'm giving credit to the creator (Tristan Lohengrin) with the link that is referenced above. If not I will happily strip it out of my project (easily done).
