The classic synth patch, made on an Oberheim Xpander and recorded though valve compressor/EQ to give you a different sound to a digitally derived Reese. If you didn't know, this sound takes its name name from a Kevin Saunderson track form the Detroit/Chigago techno era - try googling. There was also a famous DnB producer called Alex Reese who recycled the name yet again, he made loads of tunes such as the excellent 'pulp fiction'.
