I am a freelance location sound mixer and post-sound designer. I am a strong believer in creative commons licensing, and as such I provide all my sounds under that license. I try to upload all my files in at least 48000Hz and 24-bit WAV format. I generally do very little (if any) processing on what I share, but I will try to make note of it if I do. Personally, I always like to work with things in their rawest form available, but occasionally a bit of high-pass filtering or VERY slight noise reduction is useful to make sounds more useable.
