I recorded my last commute from New Haven, CT to New York, NY. I used to walk from my apartment to the train station, take Metro North to Grand Central, take the 4 or 5 subway train to Union Square and walk to my office. About 2 hours door to door. This file contains my walk from the subway to my office.
