I was experimenting with my R44 using a spaced array mic arrangement in my front yard and a Magpie that was milling about on my front lawn, took off and skimmed about 10cm above one of the microphones. You can hear the wind from the flapping wings hit the mic. Recording chain: Audio Technica AT3032 stereo mic pair - Edirol R44 digital recorder (24 bit 44.1 kHz - 16 bit 44.1 kHz using Edison wave editor).
