you are absolutely right, silly me. Even worst, I often make this mistake because the common Andalousian name for Starlings is 'tordos', but this word is very similar to the Latin Turdus (Thrushes). Definitely I should forget about the name 'tordo' and begin using the Castilian word for Starlings (i.e. Estorninos), quite similar to the English name). What a mess !! :-)

I fear Your thrushes aren´t what they are supposed to be: It´s a big flock of starlings, probably from northern Europe, passing the cold season in spain, chatting about what they are going to do next ;-) Nevertheless: They give me the feeling of oncoming spring!
