This is a small clip of two verses from a recitation of the 40th Surah (Chapter) of the Muslim Holy Book, the Qur'an. The reciter is Mishary Rashid Al-'Efasi of Kuwait.
The meaning of these verses is the following:
"Indeed, the creation of the heavens and the earth (by God) is greater than the creation of mankind, yet most of mankind know not.
And not equal are the blind and those who see, nor are (equal) those who believe and do righteous good deeds, and those who do evil. Little do you reflect upon this...." (40:57-58)
