Mali, Diafarabé - Young "Peuhl" girls are singing at night in their house, in the small village of Diafarabé, on the Niger river. They give the rhythm clapping with their hands and tapping on some calebasse.

If you use this sound, it will be nice to mention "Les jeunes filles de Diafarabé" as singers, and if you make money with it and want to help the them or the village, I can put you in contact with them. Thanks!

Thanks for the link Klankbeeld, beautiful songs of Ghana.

I don't know the meanings of the songs, and I don't have the lyric...
I record it a few years ago in a small village of the Niger river where I spent 2 months.

For people who are really interested in more songs from them, I've got more... just contact me!
