Same as E1--acclivity's 14633--only shifted down 2 octaves. Note the bells have so little power at this pitch, they're almost swallowed-up. A bunch of lethargic bass plucks. On the other hand, the gulls are ecstatic: They sound a bit like otters, or whales on amphetamines. Fun to hear the bells--drugged and morose--'laughed at' by a bunch of gulls.
