What disturbs me -- and it's pretty much the same, if not worst, with other activities like taking pictures -- it's that because of security reason, fear of terrorism, or whatever, they tell you something you are doing is forbidden, while there's no probably an actual law or rule that forbids such activity, which means they are in fact enforcing their own word.

As a Spanish I have to say that what this girl is doing (her job of course) is kind of stupid, when many times I have to stand people listening to their mobile phones MP3 without headphones in the underground trains and bothering guys don't do anything about possibly can be "dangerous" recording sounds..? that's Spain dudes...

Fortunately I could understand the whole conversation, in both languages, and it was obvious that the security lady did not have a clue; it was a matter of "there must be a law against it ... er, somewhere (er, no ?); so just in case... er, we've better forbid!". Instant law made by a security officer :-). Anyway, she was stupid but polite, I hope she was hot too ;-)
