What disturbs me -- and it's pretty much the same, if not worst, with other activities like taking pictures -- it's that because of security reason, fear of terrorism, or whatever, they tell you something you are doing is forbidden, while there's no probably an actual law or rule that forbids such activity, which means they are in fact enforcing their own word.

As a Spanish I have to say that what this girl is doing (her job of course) is kind of stupid, when many times I have to stand people listening to their mobile phones MP3 without headphones in the underground trains and bothering everybody...security guys don't do anything about that...how possibly can be "dangerous" recording sounds..? that's Spain dudes...
