Recorded in the morning from the camping loop in Chapman SP , which is in the Allegheny NF region of western PA. A Blackburnian Warbler sings from high in the trees, while a Red-eyed Vireo is heard a little further away in the canopy. There is some jet airplane noise at about the 50 sec mark of the recording. This had the least amount of sky noise of all my recordings from this location. The recording ends with a close up Common Yellowthroat calling. The equipment I used was a Sony MZ-NF810 minidisc recorder, along with an 18" parabolic dish with homemade components housing Radio Shack mic elements.
