The Harzmountains
are some hills in the north of Germany, covered mostly with pinetrees.
Some of these streams are manmade, to drive the mining machinery s.th.
like 400 years ago. This waterfall is part of that network. This
waterfall was recorded on the 1st of September 2007 with a Sharp MD-DR
470H minidisk player and the Soundman OKM II binaural microphones.

inchadney - You are by far my favorite sampling artist on Freesound. We have an afinity in our tastes. I wanted you to know that I used this sample in one of my remixes called Waterfall before I knew how to propperly attribute samples to posted remixes. I do however, give you credit in my descriptions. - J. S. Bullock

Thanks. I have been thinking about recording waterfalls, I think we need to get back a bit to pick up more of the low-frequency rumble...bigger the better :)
