The magnificent New Town Hall was built at the beginning of the 20th century. To take the diagonal lift up in the dome and enjoy the views of Hanover, you have to wait sometimes, in this case s.th. like 30 minutes, some of this waiting I recorded with the Soundman OKM II studio and their DR-2 recorder.

Don’t miss the large city models on display in the main hall showing how Hanover has changed through time.
