January 7th, 2009

This recording was done in January 2009 at the brilliant beach of Skallingen, at the Esperance Bugt near Esbjerg / Denmark, which has been formed through the ocean´s depositings of sand within the last 300 - 400 years.

I used my OKM microphones with the A3 adapter and an iriver ihp-120 recorder.

I took a picture of the beach, which you can see here:

Beautiful recording. I used it as background in this cover of Hillsong United's Oceans. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3YvdoFaeI74. I'm pretty sure that I attributed you properly; please let me know if this is not the case, and I will fix it. :)

Nice recording, however it seems like there's some background noise and a peak boost in the higher freq's but the stereo image is very impressive.
