This is a straight field recording made in November 2007 at the Tate Modern in London. I was standing along the wall of the main entry hall to catch all the ambient sounds. Notice the change in the electrical hum as I move around the space. I recorded this on an Edirol R-09 using a FEL microphone amplifier and standard Audio Technica SP-BMC-12 binaural microphones from Sound Professionals.
