first 48v phantom-power low-cut 48dB <1000Hz to cut out the apartment hum
second 9 v battery-power low-cut 48dB <1000Hz to cut out the apartment hum
Gear chain: Rode NT4 with original XLR cord > Sound Devices 302 >Tascam dr-100 Mk2.
The Phantom mic NT4 is 3 dB more quiet.

In this example the (reversed?) 48v powered recording seems quieter, but in the original I hear no difference.
