Water-flow recorded on top of an open cellar of water pump station at the river Maas. The pump-station pumps the water out of the lowlands into the river. Most of the Nederlands is kept dry with water pumping stations. Recording sounds like recorded inside.
Sometimes you here a craw, people passing and a car.
