I loved... since I´ve found this web site... I really enjoyed to find a lot of cool noises... most of time sounds that I was looking forward a long time ago... Thanks a lot!!!
Thank you for posting this. Just waves. But they fit the description of mighty grey waves. They have the slow cadence of waves that have travelled thousands of miles as they break on the beach. The description helps me imagine them.
Perfect for my remix of "Hornet" on ccMixter, thanks! (Yes, I know it's a fly, not a hornet- but I don't have any trapped hornets near windows to field-record at the moment, heh.)
This is an awesome sound clip.
I will be using it in a fireplace video very shortly.
If you hit YouTube and look for a user "HaligonianType1" you will find it there in a few hours. =-}
Thank you!
Used this in a sound collage at the end of one of my songs; goes great with rain, thunder, and sirens. Thanks a million!

Thanks for this. I like the faint seabirds part way through, and the rocks hitting as the wave goes out.
The description as mighty grey waves is also very evocative, helps imagine them while listening.
