This is the sound any Italian knows well: the final "erupting" of a nice home-made coffee with the typical Italian coffee machine Moka. Sound of the gas is audible. After the "eruption" the typical bubbling is also audible. Sound of gas being turned off is audible at the end. Recorded with the Zoom H4 integrated stereo mics (close-miking slight movement to the end which gives a nice "fade" sensation).
