This dominant seventh chord is built using just-intonation, rather than equal-temperament. The root note of this chord is middle C, then follows E (5/4, or one major third higher), G (6/5, or one minor third higher) and finally A# (again 6/5, or one minor third higher).
This is a synthesized piano chord constructed with the Kangas Sound Editor, an open-source/freeware computer program widely available on the Internet (home page: http://www.kangasound.com)

    Just fyi, the technical spelling is with a Bb, not A#. Otherwise you have built an augmented sixth chord (which has some interesting uses on it's own). Cool to see some JI though =)
