This is an extract of a sound recording I made at the Brentford vs Swansea match on 12th September 2006, which I used to open the play "There'll always be a Brentford" performed at the Questors Theatre, Ealing, London in November 2006.
The play commemorates 100 years of Brentford FC at its present home Griffin Park.
This extract happened around six minutes into the game when, briefly, Brentford were in control. They lost the game 2-0. The referee for the game was Graham Poll, who was still trying to repair his reputation after his handling of the Australia-vs-Croatia match in the World Cup in Germany.

Thank you for this sound. I plan on using it for an educational game to reinforce the times tables with children. I am also planning on using the
crowd chanting audio, and I have made a donation to freesound.org in recognition.
